Everything went like clock work and the team was very helpful. Some of the minor issues that was notified during walk thru were not taken care of as expected. These are minor, but I feel if there was commitment to fix it, they should have been, or at least notified that they were not. The entire home buying and biding process was outstanding. We had to extend our apartment lease and pay a lot of money for nothing as they delayed the closing so much. Finally we got our house which was not completely finished. They tried to professionally clean it twice but it was still very dirty.

We tried speaking to her manager but there was no postive response either. We almost decided to walk away after signing the contract just not to deal with the whole situation. But it was the builder "" who turned everything around. If it wasn't we never would have proceeded further to buy this home.

Lots of wood floors, sweeping full oak staircase, 8 foot doors, tiled fireplace & covered back patio with outdoor brick fireplace. Kitchen has Omegastone slab tops with island, stainless steel appliances, 5 burner gas cooktop & white Shaker cabinets. Master Bath has free standing tub, marlana vanities & deco shower w mosaic shower floor. Downstairs home office & media room wired for surround sound.

The house has several problems and it has been one year and new problems keep coming up. If i had to take care of so many things myself then why did I pay premium price for new construction.
The closing was rushed at the end and many final details were missed and now going through warranty. Paint all over the house is not consistent and won't be fixed at this point after closing. Overall, I think could have done better than this.

I do have an absolutely beautiful home that ultimately was worth the wait. We are still fixing some things but overall it’s a stellar experience. Has been exceptional in handling all warranty issues that arise and she has been on top of things making sure they are resolved timely. I like the promptness of warranty department and the quality of interiors should have been much better.

Upstairs gameroom - Large Children's Retreat or 2nd floor Media Room. Every staff member that I interacted with, specifically from sales, at the studio, the builder, from Closing and from warranty were excellent. ’s and ’s outstanding customer service and communication made the entire process stress free. Guided us with the designs that made our beautiful house look even better. Went over everything really well at the walkthrough. Warranty services are exceptional, they dedicate an individual who will work closely with you to meet your expectations and address all the concerns.
Couple of windows were broken which they replaced after we closed the house. They put standing shower instead of the bath tubs we chose at design center. They ignored so many of our requests, even though they were in final document created at design center. It was like thy didn’t hAve any respect for our choices.
